LOGISTICS SUPERINTENDENT

Job Description
Responsible for overseeing, ensuring and monitoring the logistic project's supply
strategy, reviewing and monitoring all supporting activities of the warehouse
function, particularly in terms of receiving, shipping, and distributing goods/parts
according to existing procedures, to ensure the smooth, timely, effective, and
efficient flow of goods/parts
Qualification
• Minimum D3 degree in a related field (with 10 years of experience in a similar position), S1 degree in a related field (with 8 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• In depth understanding of logistics supply strategy for projects.
• Strong understanding of Heavy Equipment Management, HSE Procedure, Mining Procedure, Purchasing Management and HRD Procedure
• Committed to achieving operational efficiency and smooth logistics management
• Willingness to seek and implement innovative approaches in logistics management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Capable of coordinating with various stakeholders in the supply chain
FUEL FOREMAN

Job Description
Overseeing, managing, and coordinating the process of receiving and distributing fuel, inspecting the fuel quality, and verifying its administration in accordance with work standards and safety procedures to ensure the smooth supply and distribution of fuel required for operational activities in accordance with HSE standards and applicable procedures.
Qualification
• Minimum SMK or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field, or a D3/S1 degree with at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Understanding of the processes of receiving and distributing fuel and knowledge of fuel quality
• Familiarity with the administration related to fuel receiving and distribution in accordance with work standards and safety procedures
• Capable of coordinating and overseeing the fuel distribution process for operational activities
• Knowledgeable about HE standards and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures
• Communicative and possess management skills to lead a team and ensure smooth operations in terms of fuel supply and distribution
