Didirikan pada tahun 1982 sebagai perusahaan yang berspesialisasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya, KIDECO mengoperasikan Tambang Pasir yang merupakan tambang tunggal terbesar ketiga di Indonesia.
Setelah hampir 10 tahun persiapan termasuk penyelidikan tambang dan uji validitas dari awal 1980-an hingga awal 1990-an, KIDECO membuka Tambang Pasir.
Dimulai dengan 1,2 juta ton produksi komersial batubara pada tahun 1993, volume produksi mencapai lebih dari 300 juta ton pada Mei 2013 melalui ekspansi infrastruktur dan peningkatan sistem penambangan yang berkelanjutan. Tambang Pasir sekarang menghasilkan lebih dari 30 juta ton batubara setiap tahun.
KIDECO telah membangun kepercayaan di antara para pelanggan dengan secara stabil memasok batubara ke lebih dari 60 pelanggan di 13 negara termasuk Cina, Jepang, dan Hongkong.

ASSET ENGINEER
(Asset Management)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or related background
- Min 2 years experience in Mining operation area
- Excellent analytical skill
- Having experience in coal mining company is prefered
- Having a good English skill (both speaking & writing)
- Have good skillin statistical software, Computer
- literacy (Ms. Office, SAP, Statistic Application)
- Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Paser mine site East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
- Handle asset life cycle cost control
- Perform technical evaluation
- Create forecast & budgeting maintenance
- Provide asset status report
- Conduct asset status report
- Conduct asset acquisition analysis
- Perform Technical Bid Evaluation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or Accounting8
- Min. 6-9 years of experience as Procurement in Mining industry
- Familiar using ERP applications for procurement process (SAP JDE, Elipse, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
- Experience to manage basic procurement process (PR, sourcing, bidding, P0) of general office consumables, & general service, and material or services
- Has product knowledge of HE parts, component, maintenance services, and conveyor/crusher parts
- Good communication, negotiation, tactical actions to lead operation & presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH)
Responsibilities:
- Manage process of Purchase Request (PR), conduct sourcing, vendor selection/bidding
- Liaise with legal to create contract document
- Create Purchase Order (PO)
- Expedite PO from supplier until receiving of goods and service to destination into warehouse or requestor
- Closely communicates with Procurement Team, SCM Team, SCM Management, department users as customers
STRATEGIC & IMPROVEMENT STAFF
(SCM Division Area)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Management, Industrial Engineering. or Computer Science
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Business Process, as ERP functional support, data/business/system analyst in mining industry
- Familiar using ERP applications (SAP, JDE, Ellipse, Oracle, etc.)
- Actively involve in business & system requirement gathering. process flow design, development, UAT, data analysis, create business case & solution proposal
- Understand SCM Business Process &SOP Development
- Good communication, business process understanding. problem solving, data analysis, spreadsheet, and presentation skill
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH )
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) & Accounting
- Min. 6-9 years of experience as Inventory Control in Mining industry
- Experience in using ERP system for material management process (SAP,JDE, Ellipse, Oracle, Odoo)
- Experience to manage basic material management process (GR, GI, MRP, Stock Take, put away, storing), into ERP System
- Able to lead B2B implementation
- Understand the integration process (User, Procurement, Finance,
- HSE, and communication with vendors)
- Able to manage inventory of spare parts, component, workshop& general consumables, mechanical, electrical, construction material, fuel, lubricant, tire, etc.
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully commodated to PoH)
