In addition, we also provides several services which may require to meet the customer needs, namely mining operation service, mining technical service consultancy and management, and mining development service consultancy and management.

Mechanic Trainer (Code: MTV)
Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, implement, monitor teaching programs as well as evaluate employee competencies which include the subject matter of teaching programs and instructional design, theoretical and practical training with the aim of increasing mechanical competence in carrying out unit maintenance safely, effectively and efficiently in accordance with technological developments and company demands.
Evaluate and follow up on an ongoing basis regarding the effectiveness of the training that has been carried out to obtain customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
Male.
Min. SMA/SMK
Min 5 years of experiences in mining industries.
Max. 45 Years Old.
Have TOT Certification.
POP Certification is an Advantage.
Willing to work with a roster system.
Able to joint as soon as possible.

Operator Trainer (Code : OTV)
Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities:

Male.
Min. SMA/SMK.
Min 5 years of experiences in mining industries.
Max, 45 Years Old.
Have TOT Certification.

Willing to work with a roster system.
Able to Joint as soon as possible.
