As the manager for the customer service, parts, and Reman business for Liebherr Mining machines in the area, this position official Liebherr representative and communicates with the customer as required.
We are looking for you as Branch Manager
Responsibilities
Insure all labor complies with the company rules
Maintain well organized warehouse yard offices
Manage warehouse labor in matter to support our customers
Manage field crew and plan they duties in coordination with Customer Service Manager Balikpapan Office
Manage all assets
Responsible to insure all employees are following safety rules as per company safety defined guide lines.
Coordinate and manage with HR and Balikpapan Service Department / Parts Manager all the social affairs concerning the labor as well planning of the labor for weekly or urgent requirement from customers.
Follow up all admin required duties with the concerned Department in Balikpapan office
Redact monthly branch activity report.
Will manage between 10 to 15 employees
Competencies
Experience in managing personal.
Experience in similar position or in managerial position.
Having easiness to communicate (internally as well as with customers)
Good experience in organization
