COORDINATOR LEGAL
(SOUTH KALIMANTAN }
This position will report to Legal Superintendent and will be placed in Banjarbaru Office. This position responsible to handle processing document such as legal drafting, reviewing all types of agreement, research for relevant government regulations or legal resources. This position also responsible to provide daily legal support for the company business interest.
Qualifications Required
- Min. S-1 degree in Law major
- Having minimum 3 years experience in related field (experience in mining company is preferable)
- Excellent skill in making cooperation agreement letters.
- Understand the procedure for PT. Arutmin Indonesia business permit
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- High familiarity in operating Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication capability both Indonesian and English.
- Good leadership & managerial skills as well as being able to perform independently.
- Own a high integrity, honest, and attention to detail.
- High commitment to company standard on safety, envi corporate governance.
