Training Manager
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan apapun
- Berpengalaman min 7 tahun sebagai Training Manager di perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit berskala besar
- Menguasai program training perkebunan dan pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS) untuk seluruh karyawan
- Menguasai program Management Trainee
- Mampu melakukan analisa kebutuhan training
- Mampu mengelola Training Center dengan baik
- Dapat mengevaluasi hasil training
- Menguasai design dan Management Training perkebunankelapa sawit
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi unit kebun Kalimantan Barat area
