Management Associate Programme (MAP)
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree from overseas university
- Fresh graduates from overseas university are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- During the 3-year programme, the Management Associate shall undergo job rotations within the department,
- Work alongside senior leaders to develop and implement actions that protect organization assets and profitability, Perform daily tasks in various functions to gain practical business experience and exposure.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of people.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Willng to be placed in all company units; Kalimantan area & NTT area
