Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kualifikasi :

1. Usia maksimal 30 tahun
2. Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik\
4. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang hukum minimal 2 tahun
5. Memiliki izin Advokat (PERADI) lebih diutamakan
6. Bersedia di tempatkan dimana saja
7. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem roster

Tanggung Jawab :

1. Analisis dan mempersiapkan dokumen perjanjian, perijinan, kontrak bisnis dan lain - lain yang diperlukan pihak perusahaan dengan Pihak ketiga
2. Menyusun draft dan melakukan review perjanjian
3. Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen - dokumen legalitas perusahaan
4. Membuat surat kontrak yang terkait dengan proyek/perusahaan
5. Memberikan advise bila ada masalah yang berhubungan dengan legal
6. Koordinasi dan membina hubungan baik dengan pemerintahan dan dinas setempat


HR Asst Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements:
– Maximal 40 years old
– Minimum 5 years experience as a Corporate HR Manager with hospitality industry background (hotels/resorts
– Has strong business acumen, organization and leadership skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Learning agility and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
– Strong knowledge of updated Indonesian employment law and regulations

Responsibilities :
– Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives.
– Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development.
– Design hiring plans for all departments.
– Responsible in talent acquisition, employee’ learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems (HRIS), Training and budget plan for HR department.
– Interview and assess job candidates.
– Manage compensation and benefits plans.
– Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks.
– Oversee employee records, legal documents and other Personnel matters, efficiently and confidentiality and ensure compliance with current law & regulation.
– Initiate, schedule, and conduct training for all employees.
– Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues.
– Ensure staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
– Maintains effective communications at all levels of management and staff.
– Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in Human Resources field and makes recommendations as appropriate.
– Advise board of directors on HR related issues
– Review staffing needs for all Departments
– Update job description for employees
