PT Harmoni Panca Utama is Looking for HC Services Foreman (Sites)
Responsibility :
1. Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
2. Maintaining employee databases that related payroll activity
3. Calculation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
4. Ensure personnel administration activities implementation and documentation is accurately and timely recorded
5. Medical Reimbursement process
6. Delivers and maintains an efficient and effective HR system
7. Delivers all aspects of HC services and provide regular reports of HR department’s performance.
8. Etc
Job Requirement:
1. Min D3/S1 All Major
2. Min 2 years of relevant experience
3. Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel
4. Able to work independently and a team player
5. Able to multi-task and perform under stress.
6. Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Area
