GEOTECH PIT TEAM LEADER
Job Responsibility
» Providing soil and rock material model
» Conducting geotechnical short term long term analysis related some of slope stability project for fulfillment properties material base on operational mining pit sequence
» Develop a discussion or mitigation with other section from geotechnical perspective to achieved good production target base on kepmen 1827/K and company regulation
» Ensure and manage of geotechnical risk management in pit and disposal, to advice on safety and production and recommend mitigation of the risk
» Conduct all geotechnical assessment (design of optimum flow to maximize economic) and ensure that accurate and appropriate information is available for use in management decision
Job Requirement
» Bachelor degree in Geology & Geophysics, Mining, Civil and Survey
» Minimum 5 years extensive experience and proven skills in geotechnical, ideally involving operations in mining environments
» Understanding geotechnical concept open pit and disposal and also manage of geotechnical risk management
» Good knowledge of geotech, geology engineering, and geohydrology (especially aquifer system, geohydrology model, slope monitoring system)
» Excellent knowledge of equipment monitoring interfaces
» Solid planning and scheduling skills to develop both short and long term initiatives.
» Analytical, problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties (troubleshooting, geomechanic laboratory test)
» Able to operate engineering and geotechnical software
» Leadership to direct and successfully motivate the team
» Having skill negotiation and technical interpretation
» Groundwater level interpretation
» Good writing and spoken English
» Blasting interpretation
» Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
