ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Studies/ Administration / Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): market analysis, project management, presentations, risk management, computer literacy, selling & negotiation skills.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales/Commercial Executive or equivalent.
- Full Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prospecting, Developing Sales Strategies to Penetrate Accounts, and Closing Sales for Largest and Sustain Account opportunities.
- Analyze and evaluate customer needs about the product & installation, identify value added opportunity for customer business
- Identify the product and system best fitted for the project and customer requirement.
- Analyze forecast, set up business plan annual budget
- Collect market competitor information, prepare call and transaction report.
- Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement, set up sales target for the following year based on sales forced opportunity and marketing strategy.
- Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party, present at customer premises during the problem shooting & product delivery
- Evaluate sales activities, set up sales activity plan covering coverage area distribution for each sales representatives, build sales team, determine prospects
