Kualifikasi:
1. Pendidikan Minimal Sarjana
2. Usia 40-45 tahun
3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Planter lebih dari 15 tahun
4. Memiliki kemampuan dalam Bahasa Inggris merupakan nilai tambah
5. Bersedia dengan penempatan di Estate/Lokasi Kebun
