(ZC-RUBBER) established in Year 1958, No. 1 Tyre Manufacturer in China and the No. 10 of Top 75 Global Tyre Manufacturers in Year 2014, and produces semi-steel passenger radial tyre, all-steel heavy truck tire and bias tire.

We have continued to support our customers with its wide network of tyre resources, reasonable pricing and prompt services.

We are looking for experienced, energetic and motivated individuals to apply for the following position to be based in BALIKPAPAN, EAST KALIMANTAN

SALES ASSISTANT —- TYRE DIVISION

Requirements:

  • Female below 25 years old
  • Working experience at least 1 year in receptionist/admin/Secretary or related field (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
  • Minimum Diploma III in Admin of Secretary preferable
  • Able to Speak and Write in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Ms. Office: Words, Excel, Power Point), and internet
  • Experience Flight Arrangement and Hotel Booking
  • Professional Telephone manners
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently.
  • Energic, flexible, adaptable in multi-culture environment and independent.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill

Responsibilities:

  • Good in Resolving the issues of the customer within the short time
  • Chasing payment to customer
  • Follow Delivery Order (DO) to Customer
  • Helping Prepare & control marketing activity (signage, promotion items, banner, leaflet, event)
  • Communication of messages, receiving phone calls, transferring calls-Judgement Calls regarding nature of business and urgency of situation
  • Perform general admin duties such as data entry & simple filing/recording, etc.
  • Develop and maintain current and accurate filing system
  • Maintain meeting rooms and arrange office Courier
  • Flight and Hotel booking based on request and budget
  • Maintain for office stationary and Welfare suppl
