Descriptions and responsibilities:
- Managing community empowerment programs and fostering small-scale rubber farmers in the company's work area.
- Develop constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with local communities and also vulnerable groups such as indigenous peoples
- Manage, monitor, and ensure the implementation of potential complaint handling and conflict resolution Fostering good relations with relevant stakeholders
- Develop local business cooperatives and institutions to develop sustainable business cooperation between companies and communities
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, social sciences, communication, agriculture, economics, forestry or other relevant study disciplines
- Having work experience in the field of social management, community empowerment and coaching for cooperatives conducted by companies, governments or NGOs, especially in rural areas with a wide geographical area of at least 2 years
- Having experience in developing constructive relationships with other stakeholders and as a facilitator of community empowerment
- Having insight into social forestry, human rights, sustainable development and various environmental and social issues
- Have a leadership spirit, responsible and willing to work hard
- Having knowledge about social research and communication media development
- Having skills in using Microsoft Preferably have the ability to speak English well
