LEGAL STAFF
(Place or work: Bakkpapan - Kalimantan Timur)
Job Description:
- Responsible for legal compliance of all corporate legal documents, licenses, permits
- Responsible in legal review for corporate contracts and agreements
- Prepare and review contractual documents to assist and support various business activities
- Responsible in legal drafting for corporate contracts and agreements
- Advise on pre-contract and post-contract issues to ensure company's
- Interit Conduct legal analysis and advice legal opinion to business units
- Manage the litigation process of corporate legal matters
- Liaise with Semi counsels, public notary and regulators for any advises related with the company business
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Law
- At least 1 year of wonting experience as Legal Staff
- Have experience in legal administration, litigation, legal advice, legal review and legal drafting
- Negotiation, communication and law administration skill
- Havng knowledge of at applicable lows, rules and regulations
- SIM MC holder
- Excellent command of written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Has an Advocate license / PERADI is preferable.
