As a mining services company, PT. Global Makara Teknik has expertise in consulting, planning and implementation in coal mining projects that include : Exploration Activities, Mine Plan Activities, Infrastructure Development. Mining Activities and Coal Crushing Activities

Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company, seeking a suitably  qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

1. Port Supervisor
• Supervises vessel planning activities prior to the ship arriving to port,
• Ensures the load and discharge is performed accurately and timely,
• Responsible for ensuring vessels sail at the earliest time possible,
• Completes required documents associated with operations in an accurate and timely manner,

• Site based position.
• Bachelor degree in Maritime, Logistic Transportation focus a plus,
• Terminal operating systems experience preferred,
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the work environment,
• Highly motivated, safety oriented, and have good team work skill,
• Passive in English,

2. Master Loading
• Verifies materials loaded against work order or bill of lading,
• Directs workers to move materials or products to storage areas or production departments,
• May Schedule sequence of transportation  usage, routes of transportation vehicle operators, or movement of materials and out of storage area,
• Priorities safety and environment compliance,
• Should be fully conversant with all aspects of the facility,
• Ensure planned maintenance schedules are being adhered to and are up date,

• Site based position,
• Minimum S1 Degree in Transportation Management,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role,
• Knowledge of safety requlations and port procedures relevant and loading activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,
• Passive in English,

3.Foreman Coal Handling
• Receive and carry out daily coal loading and unloading activity schedules and allocate manpower according to operational requirements,
• Ensuring the implementation of coal loading and unloading working procedures has been carried out correctly,
• Monitor coal loading and unloading activities,
• Coordinate with the operations if there are obstacles in the coal loading and unloading activity,
• Maintain cleanliness of working area & heavy equipment,
• Reported the progress of loading, unloading, stockpile and housekeeping management to Coal Handling Operation Supervisor,

• Site based position,
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field,
• Energetic, honest, and has integrity,
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,
• Fluently in English and have a good communication in English,

4. Accounting Manager
• Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy,
• Oversee accounting daily operations,
• Take responsibility for accounts payable/ receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset, debt activity etc,
• Monitor and analyse accounting data,
• Perform and oversee anuual audits,
• Meet financials accounting objectives.

• HO based position,
• S1 Degree Accountin,
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar role,
• Demonstrate good listening skills, a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines and think outside the box.
• Ability to multi task,
• Great interpersonal and communications skills.
• Fluently in English and have a good communication in English.
