PT Adaro Logistics is a subsidiary of Adaro Energy Group which  implement integrated supply chain system to transport coal from  pit to port or direct to the customers, including coal terminal activities and Taboneo Floating Terminal in Banjarmasin-  South Kalimantan.

As an integrated system Supply chain company, PT Adaro Logistics has five business units that support the company core business,  PT Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur manage unloading and loading activities and supply chain systems. PT Maritim Barito Perkasa is engaged in the provision of coal marine transportation and shipments from the port of loading to the port of the destination. PT Sarana Daya Mandiri, in cooperation with PT Ambapers maintains the dredging and the threshold of the Barito river flow to be navigable by the users, PT Indonesia Multi Purpose Terminal, managing Taboneo terminal in South Kalimantan. PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, is managed the public of special coal port located in Mekar Putih - West Pulau Laut – South Kalimantan.

1. HR Department Head
Job Responsibilities
  • To monitor, control, manage and coordinate all HR activities in the company, all in HR area including Recruitment, Organization Development. People Development, Industrial Relation, and Remuneration.
Job Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any major, with min. GPA 3.00
  • 5 to 10 years experience in HR field, with solid track record in reputable companies for managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Compensation & Benefit, and Organizational Development
  • Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skill
  • Willing to be place in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan

2. HR Recruitment Staff
Job Responsibilities
To fulfill all recruitment vacancies, by monitor and manage all recruitment process activities in the company.

Job Requirements
  • Min.  Bachelor Degree in Psychology

4. Procurement Officer
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct procurement activities of goods and services in accordance with the procedures including in the evaluation of vendors / suppliers and implementing administrative activities to support the course of operational activities
  • Checking goods that will be ordered to supplier in the form of price, quality, quantity, delivery, payment terms and make CQS
  • Prepare PO / WO accompanied with supporting documents such as PR / WR, quotation, contract so that the process of purchasing goods or use of services can take place according to procedure
  • Negotiate for procurement of goods / services
  • Ensure the fulfillment of legal documents related to goods / services that, for example: licenses, import documents, certification and so on
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods in order with the delivery service
  • Ensure insurance coverage clauses and or product warranty for every procurement of goods requiring insurance coverage
  • Ensure the goods are received by the authorities and on time at the site
  • Recording, inventory control and monitoring goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Conducting office and mess needs on site and keeping track of their usage
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from Any major with min GPA 3.00
  • Have min 3 years experience as Purchasing / Procurement Staff
  • Good procurement knowledge, negotiation and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Adaro Site
