PT. Paras Megah Utama (Manpower Contract Supplier for Oil and Gas Companies in Indonesia) is looking for high profile candidates to be recruited as Contracted Employee and placed in one of its client – National Oil & Gas Company operated in East Kalimantan.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management/ Law/ Psychology/ relevant discipline
- At the minimum 3 years experience in HR area
- Basic understanding of HR management, Manpower Law Regulation, client management
HR/IR Officer
- Bachelor degree in Law/ relevant discipline
- At the minimum 5 years experience in IR area
- Good understanding of Manpower Law Regulation, dispute settlement and HR management
HR Data Officer
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Management/ Math/ Statistic/ IS/ relevant discipline
- At the min 5 years experience in managing data or performing data analytics
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM/ Microsoft Excel (macro programming)
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
- Computer Literate
- Good communication skill in Bahasa and English
- Indonesian passport holder
