PT Royal Lestari Utama (RLU) is an integrated natural rubber company: a pioneer and leader in sustainable natural rubber production. We were established in 2015 through a joint venture between Barito Pacific Group (Indonesia) and Michelin Group (France), one of the world’s largest tire producers.
Through its subsidiaries, RLU has developed and manages more than 88,000 hectares of natural rubber in Jambi and East Kalimantan.

Job Descriptions
- Ensure day to day operation for laboratory running well according to standard operational procedure
- Prepare report for daily testing in laboratory
- Implementation SHE in working area running based on SOP
- Encourage activity for irnprovement (coaching, counseling,skill review) for all employees under shift laboratory
- Skill improvement for minimum one level under supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum: S1 di Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam
- Teknis: Kontrol mutu untuk Spesifikasi Teknis Karet, Laboratorium untuk Karet, Penggunanaan system IT Non Teknis : Rigor, cepat tanggap, kemarnpuan manajemen dan pengorganisasian. Bahasa (mothe tounge), English (Fluently)
